We are required by the state of Oregon and the City of Portland to retain your information. When you present your state or government issued pictured identification in order to obtain a loan or sell an item, your specific information from your identification is recorded in our secured system. We also use this information to develop a retail based customer name and address list.

We do not share any Customer Information about our customer or former customers to anyone except as permitted and required by law. We do not sell or otherwise share any Customer Information with outside companies for the purpose of selling someone's product or services to you.

Keeping our Customer Information accurate and up to date is very important. We provide you with access to your account information each time you renew or redeem your loans. We restrict access to Customer Information to those employees who need to know that information. We provide and maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with state standards to guard Customer Information. We educate all our staff about the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy.
